- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and we aim to overdeliver on our services. We offer a discount for paying in full. We also send you all the resources you need to begin training immediately. We are available around the clock to answer all of your questions and continue to be a resource for you, even once the training has been completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Evaluate We work with you to evaluate all aspects of your dog’s life in their natural environment. This helps us create a customized training program with the proper tools and education required to set you up for success. Train All of our packages are designed not only to address all of your concerns with your dog but to also teach you as the owner to sustain the transformation and lead your dog confidently. Maintain Our goal is for you to succeed, no matter what. We offer continuing education and resources to allow you to maintain all learned skills. We get that sometimes life events happen & we are here to work through those with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background is from Leerburg University and Michael Ellis School for Dog Trainers and we follow a reward-based training system. Other specialities for behavior modification training include the work from Brenda Aloff, Dr. Patricia McConnell Ph.D., and Dr. Patricia Barlow-Irich Ph.D.,
