I reached out to Top Quality Home Service and got in touch with Cody, whos local to the area. He communicated really well right from the start and was able to come out the very next day.He showed up exactly on time, and what stood out most to me was how much time he took to walk me through everything. He explained how the system works, what can go wrong, and even gave me tips on how to prevent issues down the line. That was honestly refreshingmost technicians just come in, fix something, and leave, and youre left not really knowing what happened.Cody took the time to properly diagnose the issue, ran a few tests, and pinpointed it to a damaged coil in the exterior unit. What really impressed me was that instead of pushing for a replacement, he suggested I contact the original installation company to check for a warranty. Turns out there was one. He absolutely didnt have to do that, and it wouldve been easier for him to just quote me for a new unit, so I really respected the honesty there.I dont usually say this, but it was genuinely a great experience having a technician out to the house. Cody is knowledgeable, friendly, and even took a few minutes to chat and hang out with my kid, which was a nice touch. Overall, I was really impressed.Ill 100% be using him and his company again in the future."See more

The two men were very informative and actually remembered us and our daughter (very impressed). Early today we had Lifetimes Fireplace expert come over to the house to do a long needed maintenance inspection. He was very professional and easy to talk to, he went on to explain what the issue was (common issue apparently) and placed the order for the part. Hopefully theyll be able to help out our daughter this spring."See more
