- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
* Hourly rate is 95/hr. *Minimum fee is for 2 hours or a flat fee of $200. My hourly rate is negotiable for larger projects over 2 days which we can agree on one set price for if you prefer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can expect a quick response, concise communication and a strong willingness to come to an agreement on every aspect. I normally ask for payment upon completion of each project unless it is a longer project of 7 days or more. I charge the same for materials that I pay for them whenever I am reimbursed for materials, and I provide copies of receipts as well as an itemized digital invoice for the labor and materials upon request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
8 years experience with various companies including Thumbtack as a carpenter/handyman , with every customer importantly satisfied! 15 Years of hands on, administrative, and teamwork experience in industrial, mechanical, and construction work environments.
