Kevin is very kind and helpful! We had an issue with our bathroom ceiling and he found the issue and fixed it- very easy process. I will call for his services again.

Kevin is professional, honest and and simply gets the job done. I thought I had a garbage disposal plumbing problem, but it turned out to a GFCI electrical outlet issue. Kevin simply diagnosed the problem, bought the part and just fixed it.

Kevin rebuilt a section of my door entry onto a rooftop patio and did a great job. Water damage had soaked into the house and Kevin tailored his approach as he assessed the issue, making sure to address the core problem, so that water no longer leaked into the house. He communicated well and directly and was flexible to add on a couple of other house maintenance tasks.

Details: Exterior door (e.g. front door, patio door) • Basic door (swings open and shut) • Mixed material (e.g. wood with windows) • Weatherization (e.g. block drafts) • Paint or stain the door • Multi-unit building
