Kevin rebuilt a section of my door entry onto a rooftop patio and did a great job. Water damage had soaked into the house and Kevin tailored his approach as he assessed the issue, making sure to address the core problem, so that water no longer leaked into the house. He communicated well and directly and was flexible to add on a couple of other house maintenance tasks.

On time-took the time to really discuss the project-point out potential problems (and not flood over them or pretend they weren’t there) and how he could address them. Provided options and solutions. He knew I was a do it yourselfer and asked a couple times if he should leave some things “undone” so I could add on to them and finish it myself. Great communication. Nice guy.
