Continental cleaning was the best decision for me. The staff is very professional and polite. The service was quick and efficient. Pricing was absolutely fair and probably even cheaper than I thought. I’m glad to add that Continental were very attentive and careful with my cleaning requests. I felt very comfortable with explaining how I wanted certain areas cleaned and what I expected and they 100 % delivered.
I am excited to have continental come back out and clean my house again. I really could not have cleaned my house the way their professional cleaners did! I’m so happy

We hired Continental Cleaning to deep clean our apartment, they went above and beyond and did everything we expected and more. We will hire them again!

Not what I’d hoped. Bathrooms are much better but there is still a film in the tub and hair. I wish it was easier to make what we wanted understood. And I think she had her kids with her? Doesn’t seem that professional to me. And, we DID NOT ask anyone to clean our fine furniture. It needs to be cleaned with very specific products. She said it’s just water that was used but that can stain and get into the wood. She couldn’t even tell me the cost so I paid the quoted cost. I think we deserve a discount but I couldn’t have a conversation with her as I would have liked.

Thank you very much for your review, I am sorry that you were not happy with our work, my nephews and I put a lot of effort into cleaning your bathrooms because you and I know that it was too dirty and normally when that happens I charge you but I left you at the same price, I have been providing my services for the beautiful citizens of Washington for 3 years now.
