We had a problem with our water heater. Central Plumbing and Mechanical sent Harry, and Jose within hours of my phone call. They are polite, professional, and explained the problem. we decided to replace our water heater. They were able to get and install it the same day. The only thing maybe I would have liked is some kind of paperwork signature of a work order. This is what I am used to in the past but now days maybe it is different. They made our inconvenience of no hot water minimal inconvenience. Thank you, Harry, and Jose and Tyler.

Central Plumbing was AMAZING !!! Tyler was super easy to work with in terms of getting things scheduled and looked at. And the plumbers - Harry and Jose - carried my 30 gallon tank up 3 stories and then installed it with no problem. It was a super complex job, and the place actually looked cleaner than before they started. We are super happy with their work !

Tyler and staff installed a gas hot water tank in April . First of all, when I called to ask question, Tyler came over that day and that evening got the estimate. Five months later, I thought I smelt gas sent Tyler a email he responded that day. They inspected the hot water tank . Did not have a gas leak. The service was exceptional. I would highly recommend Central Plumbing and mechanical to my family and friends. Thank You, Tyler and staff,
