- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
88$ service call fee, 12% discounts to seniors, military veterans and first responders. Our minimum labor fee is 195$ based on average prices in Seattle. Our technician will charge you a labor fee, etc only if you agreed with the terms of repairing and total price after the diagnostic. *Any discounts should be discussed before the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're sending a technician for a first visit to diagnose a problem and a service call fee will go towards the repair in case if we're proceeding with it. In some cases technician is able to complete repair on the spot, using parts carrying is stock, some cases require another visit after picking up parts from supplier, or waiting for its delivery. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone(it could be due to any reason, but here are some examples): -work order is too complex -distraction during the service -lack of desire to face particular brands and problems that we do not want to service Appointments timing There is a possibility that we might need to reschedule you for another time or even another day but do not worry we will provide you with the soonest availability that we have, sometimes our technicians getting stuck during the route, but we prefer to be upfront about it and rather reschedule you other than not to show up on time -our appointments are always having 3 hours time frames with rare exclusions for 2 hours frames
