Norman fixed my oven about two and a half weeks ago. He was very punctual, arrived on time, and repaired it quite quickly, although some parts needed to be purchased. We scheduled another appointment for the next day when the parts arrived. He completed everything, and it’s been over two weeks now—maybe even a bit longer—and it’s working perfectly. If I have any other issues, I will definitely contact Norman again.
