Amazing service by Valentino! Valentino was thorough, thoughtful, and talented. He goes the extra mile beyond sufficient and is very creative and knowledgeable. We very much appreciated his hard work bringing our piano back to life. He cleaned, tuned, and did several repairs to our upright piano. He really cared about the quality of his workmanship, as well as the piano itself. He was also very prompt to reply and to get the piano fixed quickly.

Valentino came on time, diagnosed and fixed all issues of our grand piano. His tuning brought our piano back to life and it sounds beautifully now. Valetino was able to tune the piano on the day request the tuning . He cleaned and adjusted the piano as well as a scientifically calibrated tuning. The piano got a tuneup and cleaning inside and out as well as a first and second tuning. This was clearly the best tuning in the pianos and my lifetime! Highly recommended.

Valentin was great! He took care of the issue we had while also teaching us about other things that we didn't know were causing the problem to recur. He took care of all of it and was not satisfied until our piano played as beautifully as can be. He even did well when my kids played 1 million questions with him. Thank you for helping us and being so patient and making sure the job was done right.
