Neil came in to help me during a critical time and executed the job with excellence. I rent my home periodically and was due for an inspection. The inspector pointed out a major flaw that needed immediate action. There’s a long list of requirements that were needed to pass the inspection that I wont bore the review with. I only had a short period of time to remedy the situation before the next guest checked in and to also not lose my RRIO license. Neil took one look at the job requirements and knew exactly what to do. Neil was able to complete this project in just 2 short days and was able to work around my schedule. I would recommend Neil to anyone in the King county area looking for someone reliable and professional. Below are before and after photos.
