- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are transparent about our prices; not only do we take care of your carpet, we take care of your wallet, our goal is to provide the best customer service and cleaning results possible. If we identify a need for pet treatment to kill any bacteria cause by a biological stain, we will do our proper recommendation to the customer and customer will take their decision upon the recommendation. Customers have the option to add carpet protectant if they consider it beneficial to their carpet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to find the customers concerns and expectations, inform and educate about the possible outcomes and be transparent with pricing and explain the cleaning process they will receive. Pet treatment could be recommend based on the needs of the carpet condition and carpet protectant could be added upon customers request to preserve and protect their investment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We count with the IICRC Carpet Cleaning certification that we can happily provide to our customer upon request.
