Martin & Abraham with Seattle Steamers did an excellent job of vacuuming, steam cleaning and disinfecting our carpeting downstairs. We actually were unsure the carpeting could even be cleaned enough to be enjoyed down there but they did excellent job. The carpeting had been through a lot in the last few years; a flood, many months as storage for many rooms affected by the flooding during which time mice got in and had their way with much of the contents, in addition, my old loyal companion pup decided he needed to mark his territory on the carpet also, probably because of the mice. Long story short, I found Seattle Steamers through Thumbtack and Mo in the office answered my request for carpet cleaning immediately. I messaged him with my tale of woe and what I wanted done. Mo had a can do attitude. I researched their company and they had All 5 star reviews and his bid was very reasonable. I was able to book their services within a week. Martin & Abraham came right on time we discussed the job and they worked extremely hard and efficiently together plus they were very polite and nice gentlemen too! I was amazed when they were finished at how wonderful the carpeting looks and it smells so clean and fresh now! I definitely recommend this company if you have steam cleaning needs. Thank you all at Seattle Steamers! We have a few other projects in the works but will be calling you back to have you tackle the rest of the house soon.

Seattle Steamers cleaned the carpets in a rental apartment for me. The tenants had been in there for 12 yrs and the carpets were filthy. I was sure the high traffic areas would never come totally clean. To my surprise the entire unit looked like new carpet had been laid. These two guys were so good, very polite, and started and ended within the timeframe initially stated. There was no upselling or additional costs for the job. The price estimated was what it cost which I thought was great. Communication, punctuality, and ease of next day service were exceptional. A bonus was they are local to my neighborhood.

Great experience with their carpetcleaning service. We had a tough cat urine odor on the stairs that was very persistent. While I know cats have 'super-noses,' the smell is now completely gone to the human nose, which is a huge relief!
