Very professional! Did an amazing job installing the new deck! Was also able to fit in the backsplash for our kitchen at the same time as the deck was being installed. They did such an amazing job we are having them do our bathrooms at the end of June.

Andrey and his company Modern Home Construction LLC built this beautiful patio cover for us. We always wanted to have the cover when we spend our time with family outside. The quality of the work is very high and everything was done professionally and these guys are very very fast. It took them 4 days to complete the job. Price was very affordable compared to the other contractors. Also they kept the property always clean after finished workday. They used high-quality materials for roof and wood for the ceiling also gave great and correct recommendations about installing the lighting so we will be sitting there even during evenings times) I highly recommend them if you want quality fast work and a professional team.

I had a great experience working with Modern Home Construction. Andrii(owner of the company) and his team were professional, punctual, and very responsive throughout the project. They built for us a big Trex composite deck with black strong railing. They put the GATE as well for FREE so now our kids and dogs can finally play outside and we all can spend time together. Communication was clear, the work was done with great attention to detail, and everything was completed on time. Andrii also helped us to choose all materials and get them delivered to the site for no charge!🙏 — The deck now looks amazing. I’m very satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend them to my friends.
