- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different to bid something on the phone with out setting your eyes on is a huge mistake you need to look at the terrain the area it needs to be done in to see what to expect .talk to the people to see and feel what they are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to give my first time clients a super good job so I can when their business snd the business of their friends when try brag about things they've paid me to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes constantly up grading my skills yearly. I am a certified structural welder a journey men fabricator , Steel erector , and carpenter I've done two apprenticeships boiler makers local #104 and Iron workers local #86 graduated top three in both classes .
