Greg contacted me and made an appointment to come over for a bathtub installation quote almost immediately after I submitted my request on Thumbtack. They turned out to the one with the lowest price but from the initial conversation, I could tell how knowledgeable and professional Greg and his team are. We hired them and were hapoy with our decision. They got the job done quickly, cleaned up afterwards and even made some great recommendations about other ongoing remodel projects we're having. These guys are great. Punctual and knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. In installing my water heater, they realized that I had a clogged drain that backed up in my laundry room while emptying my old water heater. They moved all contents out of the laundry room, and cleaned it up when it wasn’t their fault. They went above and beyond. Hire them for your plumbing needs!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting a new customer, it is important to have a clear understanding of the issue at hand, so a fair price can be agreed upon, ensuring that both parties walk away with a positive experience. Each customer is greeted with a smile, and a handshake.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The company is owned by three business partners. Two brothers and a long time friend with over 30 years of plumbing experience between them. All journeyman plumbers, we are licensed, and well versed on all plumbing issues.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a professional, it is very important to get a firm hourly rate, or a firm bid before hiring. Many companies will give you a number that sounds really great at first, until they gouge you at the end with unforeseen costs.
