- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I knew that one day I wanted to own a home and I wanted to know for myself what was involved in that process so I would be prepared. After almost 300 clock hours of specific real estate, finance and appraisal classes I realized that an informed and honest agent was needed by every buyer or seller as not everyone could go through the classes I had just completed or obtain the actual experience over the years that I would gain.
