It is beyond appreciated and quite refreshing to work with a company with excellent communication, clear and transparent cost w/ detailed explanation, and who knows how to hire the right human beings to be the professionals that are the face and representatives of the company such as Levi. From sign up, to scheduling, and then first treatment, the experience was five stars and beyond. I am not new to requesting this line of work for homes I have previously rented/owned and so I was able to research different companies and compare them to my previous experiences in other cities I lived in such as Seattle, Chicago, and Southern Illinois. Insight Pest Solutions surpassed my previous experiences as they are far more savvy with communication by text, email, and ease of scheduling/rescheduling initial appointments. Levi was the professional who was the face and representative of the company for our first in person treatment. He was exceptionally organized in his approach from start to end including the introduction, explanation/notice that he was training the young man with him, Casey and what that entailed, and provided the expectations for the treatment that day as well as in the future. They came prepared with shoe covers which I appreciate (more so for areas of the bedrooms rather than the carpeted stairs near the front door) greatly. They did not leave a square inch of the home un-evaluated or untreated both indoors and outdoors. I will also say that Levi was clearly knowledgeable about his profession, could clearly communicate in a calm & friendly manner that was completely genuine which is not something professionals automatically know how to do without experience, humility, and self-awareness (in my opinion). For me, the genuine human approach always makes a business and its professionals stand out because it has become a rare gem in this world of sell, up-mark, profits, and robots. I am genuinely happy I went with Insight Pest solutions as the experience put my mind at ease. I hope the company also recognizes Levi as an asset and someone to retain long term as there are so few professionals left in this world with his mannerisms, disposition, communication style, and professionalism.

Kaden was so knowledgeable concerning different bugs and went above and beyond the call of duty. I was extremely happy with the service and havent seen any ants since he took care of the problem. I highly recommend him.
