- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer straightforward recurring service plans - Monthly at $99/visit, Bimonthly at $149/visit, and Quarterly at $199/visit. As a new, locally-owned company, we're offering 20% off for our first 100 customers. No hidden fees, no surprise charges. What you're quoted is what you pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand what you're dealing with - whether that's ants, rodents, spiders, or something else. From there, we do a thorough inspection of your property, explain what we find in plain language, and recommend a service plan that fits your situation. Our first treatment is hands-on and detailed, and we follow up to make sure everything is resolved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're a licensed and insured pest control company operating in Washington State. Before founding Timber, our team spent years managing operations at a regional pest control company, overseeing technicians and service quality across a large customer base. We apply that experience to build a company that does things the right way, label-compliant products, low-toxicity approaches, and honest communication.
