Semih is the best contractor that I've worked with. He has a true passion in solving challenges. He is professional, meticulous, kind, responsible, and laser-focused. I hired Semih for a downdraft & cooktop replacement. It was a tricky project because each downdraft is somewhat unique and requires different cutout and vent adjustment. He started at 11 AM and worked non stop until 7 PM! I'm somewhat a DIY fan and I can see the quality of his work. He enlarged the slab cutout, replaced the gas cooktop and the downdraft vent, fully tested the functionality, and ensured there was no gas leak with different methods (both detector and soap). He has abundant experiences and was always able to come up with a good solution for any new problemm. Besides his work quality. He charges a very reasonble price and sticks to his commitment. I cannot be more satisfied about his work. Look no further if you want quality and worry-free remodelling!
