Anatoliy installed a french door for my garage studio which included adding additional support since it was a load bearing wall. He was very professional, communicative, and did excellent work! I am so happy with my door - it is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Quick and efficient. Hauled away the old steps and installed new steps. The frame was still good and they let me know the improvements made with the railing and new steps. They also worked hard going up and down our steep hill.

Update (4/16/2025): I look for four Cs when I engage a professional. They are cost, competence, communication, and commitment, not necessarily in that order. I stand by my earlier review (below) with respect to the first two: Anatoliy did an excellent job at a fair price. My further experience with him, however, shows some weaknesses in the latter two.
On 2/28, I reached out to him to ask if he would be available to handle some additional small, non-urgent tasks that I needed done. He replied that "Yes, I can do that. Next week, I will find time for these. I will text you next week."
Next week came and went, as did the week after, with no contact. I reached out on 3/14 to see if he was still interested. He replied that he could stop by the next day (Saturday) to look at what needed to be done. I don't like asking someone to work on the weekend, and he didn't really want to work on the weekend, so we agreed instead that, as he put it, "Probably week after next, after March 24 I can come."
The week of March 24th came and went, as did the week of March 31st. On April 9th, I reached out once more to ask if he really was available/interested and to point out that not contacting me was extremely frustrating. A week later, he had not replied, nor left me a message, so on April 16th I sent a final message that I would find someone else to do the work.
In fairness to him, I should point out that I did get a phone call on April 9th (which might have been from him), after I sent that message about my frustration, but a) I was outside and didn't have my phone on me, b) because of phone spam, I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, and c) whoever called didn't leave a message, so I actually don't know if that was him or not.

Parroting what another reviewer wrote: "Anatoliy did an excellent
job on our over-the-range microwave installation for a reasonable price." And, from another reviewer: "He was very courteous, respectful, and took the time to explain everything."
I fully endorse both of those statements. Anatoliy was quick to respond to my initial query, and just as quick in his followup responses. His price was reasonable and he managed to squeeze me into his schedule that same day.
The previous microwave had been clumsily installed, particularly around the external vent, which was obvious to even my inexperienced eyes. Fortunately, Anatoliy was able to patch things up nicely, and was careful enough with the new microwave that the external vent connected up smoothly.
Anatoliy is very much a "measure twice; cut once" workman, so the installation went smoothly. He was patient with my questions, allowed me to look over his shoulder, and made sure that I was comfortable with what he was doing and how he was doing it.
He was also very personable and we had a good conversation about a mutual love for cooking. This was one of my better experiences with a contractor and I would have no hesitation at all to engage him again for appliance installation or other activities.
