I hired Nick and his team to replace several interior doors in my older Seattle home (1903!). They were communicative and professional throughout. They sent someone out to measure everything carefully before ordering, which gave me confidence we'd get the right fit.
The doors look great and the painting looks good too. I made a couple of small additions to the scope along the way, but there was very clear communication around the changes and the pricing felt fair. Overall a really good deal for quality work. Would hire again!

Great work! Great quality!
I had a design I had DIY’d on a few of the doors and windows of the house’s main floor. Mykola replicated the design through the rest of the space. He was quick, professional, and did some really quality craftsmanship on the trim and casings!
The project included dozens of features of baseboards and fully reworking the casings for a large bay window and four interior doors. He did demo, install, hole filling, sealing, and trash removal. All in one day!

Nick did a great job repairing our interior door. He arrived on time, quickly figured out the problem, adjusted the door and hinges, and now it opens and closes perfectly. Every deck and fence is priced from the actual scope. Size, materials, framing or post conditions, access, demolition, railings, gates, stairs, drainage, and permit requirements can all affect the total. Cascadia provides free project estimates and a clear written scope before construction. We do not rely on surprise fees or unconfirmed discount claims.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with your goals, project address or ZIP code, and a few wide photos. Next we review the site, access, existing conditions, preferred materials, and timeline. We then prepare a written scope with the main assumptions and available options. During construction we keep decisions visible, communicate changes before proceeding, clean the work area, and finish with a final walkthrough.
