- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price fairly, and based on the amount of work that will be required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new client makes a request, I or my wife will follow up with a ********** to go over the job. During that time, we will work out with you the best time to come and start the work during your scheudule. Estimates are built after proper review and sent back to you within 48 hours. If you agree to work with us, we will send over a simple agreement and schedule to start the process.

I completed a woodworking course in college.
