FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any work I do is always worth it. I do good work and I as much as possible remain flexible to meet the needs of customers. I dont mind fitting within a budget, but also like to be compensated for the time that I give to others. I hope that this answers the question.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things first, I want to find out what their needs are, and if there are any specifics ( times, do's and don'ts, product restrictions) I also like to tour the home or area so that I can provide a reasonable estimated time frame ahead of time and, and set a schedule that works for both the customers and myself. I also take time to explain my cleaning process and ask if it will work for them.. Aftet the first clean I always givrmy customers a chance to do a walk with me so I can show them the work as well as recieve any feedback or address questions or concerns they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In college I took Human relations in organizations, Intercultural communications and non verbal communications.I learned really great information which I probably use everyday. Professionally, everything I know I was taught by my first boss who at the time was upwards of 70 years old and still got down on her knees to scrub a floor.
