my husbandhad a tripple bypass and i needed help with gettiig my living room in order so that he could come home after his rehabilitation was complete. he had accumulated a mass of stuff. mostly brand new clothes and an over abundance of office supplie. many duplicate items. she showed up quickly and got right to work. I would give them 5 stars but unfortunately my directons were not followed. byr lack of fully understanding caused me added stress. she was told to keep certai items, and to get rid of the rest. unfortunately all she hesrd was to get rid of it all and completely dismissed the directions to keep and not touch other items. she did attempt to correct the issue. by that time I was exhausted.now I sm stuck replacing many things which I already had. she said that she minimize the rest of the items into a larger tote for eaier storage. So I didn't notice that the things were gone until much later.
