FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing listed are estimates. Discounts for customers are to be discounted after first cleaning service and every service thereafter. Weekly,bi weekly and monthly 15%,10%,5%. Referrals are always appreciated! $10.00 off if you refer a new customer my way and they book and complete a cleaning service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a time that's best for everyone and once I arrive I like for my customers to give me a general run down of their home. What rooms to be cleaned and not cleaned, any allergies to certain cleaning products, mop here but not there type of things. If there are any pets I like to know are they indoor or outdoor or any fears they might have such as vacuum, feather dusters (yes it can happen lol, I had a customer with a 1 year old Pitbull that was terrified of the feather duster) I also had a golden lab that every time I turned my back he would rob my mop heads and sometimes try to make off with the entire bag. When I am all finished cleaning you may pay me in Cash,Check,Debit,VENMO or Paypal and hopefully we can schedule another clean for a later time
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well lets see I cant say that I went to college to get a degree in cleaning. I spent 12 years sitting in a cubical processing escrow files and balancing files to fund and close escrow on homes in Las Vegas. I moved out here 6 years ago with my two daughters on a whim. And I use the term very loosely. My ex and I started business of our own building bathroom additions and bedroom additions and hardscaping and soft scaping for about four 1/2 years and since then I have worked for a couple employers here and there but find it hard to go by other peoples ways of how they run their business etc. So with that said my Grandmother and my Aunt are the ones who taught me how to clean and how to do it right. I have since picked up tricks of the trade of what not to do and mix this but not this information. But mainly I have to give a pat on the back to my Grandma Smith. All those years she made me clean in those little nooks and crannies, I now find myself with a great attention to detail all because of her showing me the ways. :)
