FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the job has an easily predictable timeframe(Within the same building), then we charge a flat rate fee. If the job involves loading and unloading a truck, then we usually do an hourly rate, since the time it will take is not exact.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically start by asking what goes and what resources a customer has that we're able to use. (Moving blankets for example.) From there we just get started. I'm also very communicative, careful, and work quick.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by working for a different company a few summers back when my friend introduced me to it. I got inspired by the business aspect of it and decided to become a contractor myself. I like what I do and I love when clients appreciate the work we do.
