Vincent, Jimmy and Dominic are amazing guys! We moved a 2 bed 2 bath apartment (3rd floor) to a house 15 miles away, and the team did an excellent job! They made the whole process look so easy and took extra care of all items marked fragile. Team was very punctual, prompt at communicating the arrival and plan for the move. Our move included furniture dis-assembly and assembly and it was all done absolutely without any problem. Team worked relentlessly to make sure they are able to speed up the move, and even called in additional help from their team at the destination to unload faster. I would highly recommend Let’s Move (Vincent, Jimmy and Dominic) for your apartment/house move. I would call in this team if I ever need moving service again or need to recommend to someone. Vince and Dominic did a fabulous job!! They were on time and worked very quickly despite the stairs involved. They wrapped all of my furniture and moved everything with care. It was worth every penny. Definitely would recommend hiring them for your move!

I had the unfortunate situation of a fairly large heavy sleeper sofa that I needed to move to the living room on the second floor of my townhouse. The staircase/hallway to get there was a bit too narrow and short to allow for a simple move. These guys tried every possible angle to move it and wouldn't give up. Finally after coming to the conclusion that it just wouldn't physically fit, they literally took apart the couch to move it to the second floor.
It took all morning, but I greatly appreciate their 'let's figure it out' attitude instead of giving up. We were all skeptical that it would ever make it to my living room, but thrilled when it happened!
After re-assembling in my living room, they even verified with me that all of the bolts were in place before calling it a day.
So bottom line is that yes I'd recommend Let's Move. Super friendly, professional, fully dedicated to completing the job that they had set out to do, even when it looked almost impossible!

Extremely courteous, Amazing service, and a superb experience for us! They moved our furniture from a 3rd floor condo, to a 3rd floor condo in the rain! They never stopped moving. Great attention to detail, covered doors, and expressed any concerns or issues with navigating through tight corners with large items. If you are reading this review, it means you are considering hiring movers to help you move, and let me just say - STOP RIGHT NOW and hire Let's Move. I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Nick and Jimmy. I am 6 months pregnant, so we knew we needed to hire professionals to help take care of the heavy lifting for our move from our 2-bedroom apartment (down a VERY steep flight of stairs) to our 4-bedroom house. Nick and Jimmy were extremely professional and worked their butts off for 4 hours to get the job done. The whole time they were polite, responsive, took amazing care of our belongings, and were genuinely kind and caring people. They know how to wrap and prepare your belongings for travel in a moving truck, and you should have seen the expert level tetris they played making sure they could fit all our stuff in a single load (instead of coming back for a second load later). This was our first time hiring movers and we will never go back to trying to do this ourselves - leave it to the pros! We couldn't recommend Let's Move enough.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing starts at $135/Hr for two movers (labor only). Our rate for two Movers and a moving truck is $155 per hour. Extra movers are an additional $40 an hour. We offer Military, Teacher, and student discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out by gathering basic information about your upcoming move. (The size of your current home, the stairs/elevator involved, the parking situation, your furniture inventory, etc). We then send over a written hourly quote with how long we would realistically expect your move to take. We do all of this by email or over the phone, and follow up with an in-person estimate if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team consists of professionally trained movers who previously worked for the top-rated moving company in North America. We have all the licensing and permits necessary to operate as a moving company in Washington state.
