Introduction: I help clients achieve their fitness goals by eliminating their fear and misunderstandings of exercise and nutrition. I offer one-on-one personal training, small group training (for space reasons 2 at the most for now), nutritional counseling, sports performance, weight loss, muscle building, and overall education on health and wellness. What I love most about what I do is seeing a client decide that they will make their health a lifetime commitment and not just a "30-day" thing to do. I know it sounds cheesy but I love being there when a client has conquered their fears, doubts, hurdles, obstacles, and defeats. The most gratifying feeling ever.

Ben is amazing! Not only is he passionate about being a personal trainer, he genuinely cares about his clients and it never feels like a chore working out with him. Ben adjusts things to what suits me and is extremely patient with my growth and fitness level. He is also very kind and sociable and takes the time to address your fitness needs and goals. Highly recommend. I'm not a huge workout person but I always look forward to his training sessions!

Ben is an excellent trainer. I've had fitness pros try to "help" me before and I've always ended up injured. Ben, however, is coming from a PT background and tailors workouts to suit my fitness level while pushing me just enough. And he's great about setting up the nutrition part of it. too. Ben is a very personable guy, responds to questions via text, and is a great cheerleader to inspire me to do more on days I don't see him. Worth every penny.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My going rate is $30 for 30 minutes and $60 for 60 minutes but I am flexible with any budget. I never want to turn anyone away because of money concerns.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I go over their fitness goals, get starting weights and measurements, and do a physical assessment to see if there is any muscle deviations that need to be addressed.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am certified through NASM with additional certs in sports performance and nutrition.
