- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects the dedication and amount of work I put into each and every client that walks through my doors. It is not just a workout session with me. It is a full rounded program that includes training, nutrition, mindset, and a supportive tribe.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation call from anywhere so that the client has full privacy to open up about why they want to work with me. From there, we develop a training and meal plan for the upcoming weeks and I'll have them take a "before" photo for their reference. Each client sees me 2 to 3 times a week depending on the program they choose, and has a once a week "zoom" call with me for accountability, motivation, mindset, and anything else I can help with. At the end of 4 weeks they take a progress photo so they can see just how far they've come!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a former division I athlete for Montana State University. I have my bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and I'm a NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer. I worked as a strength coach for Montana State University, and then moved to Seattle the summer of 2016 to start my career as a personal trainer. Since then, I have helped many people of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their wellness goals.
