Great job!! He was fast, efficient, very insightful, honest, affordable & completed the job on time!!! I used him for a flip in Kirkland & sold the home in 10 days for full price! Everyone raved about the workmanship & the inspection went perfectly, the buyers were VERY impressed. I will be using Jose moving forward & have already referred people to him. I was able to give Jose the key to the home & would check on his work twice a week although we communicated daily on the progress of the job & what was needed to keep things moving smoothly.
