Rostom and his crew were so professional, highly skilled and fast to handle countertopinstallation work. After installation, we had an issue with kitchen island countertop because of defective slab. However, Rostom offered free installation , have been patient to handle the situation and made sure to get new slab with proper discount. I highly recommend Rostom and floorcraft LLC for their really honest work ethics, skills and reasonable price to handle any home remodeling work!

My original contractor was set to start a kitchen restoration but was in an accident and couldn’t begin with installing the floor. Approx 270 sqft engineered hw, plywood and prep of 60’s era tough and groove subfloor. Had to begin job and reached out to three flooring specialist via Thumbtack and Floocraft was available to look at the job that day Thursday and could start work right away. Priced it competitively. Showed up on time, had all installed in a single day, cleaned well and all appears to be well done. We inspected the floor and it is covered for protection presently or would provide photos. Project is just starting and we will ask Floocraft back to provide estimates on tile work.

Working with Rostom was great. He did a fantastic job tiling our alcove tub in our guest bath. He was easy to communicate with, punctual, followed through on everything he said he was going to do, and the final results were perfect. We would definitely hire Floorcraft again.

Rostom really helped us out when we were in a bind. I was in over my head on my bathroom renovation that I needed to complete in a short amount of time and he offered to work over the weekend to get the tile job done. He offered some tips to improve the design and it turned out great. Now that the tile is complete we're able to use the bathroom...a great feeling after not being able to use it for nearly a month during the renovation. The picture shows a before and after. A couple of things I need to wrap up, but the tile looks great!

Typically I set up a time with the customer Ask questions about products what they wanna. Talk about tile layouts. Would ask for a deposit depending on the job size, And set up a weekly schedule.

Of an instructions and 17 years old and I have lots of experience in various trades
