R&L has done a great job on multiple homes, including a large recent project that included all door and windows replaced, and framing changes to enlarge some, add one, and change a window to french doors. I'm sure I'm forgetting some of the scope, because it was a large project, but they did such a great job and the whole crew was great to work with.

R&L Windows did a wonderful job. Crew was prompt, nice, did great work - really went above/beyond. They trimmed out the black fiberglass windows with beautiful wood in the interior after install. And they did the work quickly and conscientiously letting me know of any 'rabbit hole' issues that one might find when working on an older house. The windows/all the rooms looks beeeyoootiful! I can hardly believe the transformation. Like a new house! Tasha, in the office, answered all my questions and never left me hanging. I am very impressed with the overall crew + installation of my 6 Fiberglass windows by R&L. They will stay on my short list for future work. Thank you R&L Windows!!!!!

They were so quick to get us an estimate and start date that I had to scramble to get the windows. I was very relieved that they could schedule us so quickly with presourced windows. Randy gave us great advice on window size where we wanted to add a window during the quote. The whole process was pretty painless to get exactly what we wanted. My husband is doing all the drywall work himself, but I'm adding a picture of the window that they "shrunk" so we could get cabinets under to expand the kitchen and the window they they added to our dining area.

YOU WON'T FIND BETTER PRICES OR SERVICE!!! It's rare to find a company that offers both, but these guys are a stellar family-run business without any overhead or inflated prices. We're doing a master bathroom remodel, and the windows have been the smoothest part of the entire project by far. From Tasha & Nick on the initial consultation, to Randy on the measurement verification, to Mark & Terry on the install, the whole team could not have been more pleasant to deal with. Special shoutout to Amy for taking for taking the time to type out so many personalized responses to all of my questions and being the only company on thumbtack to not copy/paste a generic pitch. Given that we only replaced two windows, I know we were a relatively small project for them, but they really went the extra mile to accommodate a couple special requests. We look forward to hiring R&L to replace all of our windows later this year, and I would strongly advise everyone to consult with them before spending more money with someone else.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive. We will price match to a comparable competitors quote. Also have a military discount and a $500 off of $4,500 or more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Chat on phone about the specs of the project. Schedule appointment to get measurements and discuss details and the products we have. Email over the quote and then the rest is up to you. If you place , contract needs to be signed and a deposit collected.
