Excellent experience! Tasha was great to work with on our project! Our 6 dining room windows were not the easiest to figure out. R&L took on the task and made it look easy! The installation team was awesome, a real family business! What a pleasure to work with such professional craftsman! We are planning another window project with them as I type!

R&L has done a great job on multiple homes, including a large recent project that included all door and windows replaced, and framing changes to enlarge some, add one, and change a window to french doors. I'm sure I'm forgetting some of the scope, because it was a large project, but they did such a great job and the whole crew was great to work with.

Randy and John were so professional, quick and clean. I have never used them before they were a referral and I could not be happier. I had a custom door made and they installed in less than 30 minutes, delivered 2 weeks sooner than promised, cleaned up took old door and were extremely pleasurable to converse with. We are very competitive. We will price match to a comparable competitors quote. Also have a military discount and a $500 off of $4,500 or more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Chat on phone about the specs of the project. Schedule appointment to get measurements and discuss details and the products we have. Email over the quote and then the rest is up to you. If you place , contract needs to be signed and a deposit collected.
