We were delighted to work with Attic Crawl from the very fair bid presented by Alex in the beginning all the way through to the final clean-up when the job was done. Attic Crawl’s crew headed by Jesse were prompt, professional & very respectful of us & our property during the 6 hours of hard work they did cleaning our crawl space of dead rodents, covering up entry sites with mesh, laying down visqueen & installing new insulation. We cannot recommend them enough…they were top notch in every way!

From the moment I reached out, their team, led by the fantastic Alex, was all ears, ready to listen to my concerns and spring into action. Now, I won't go into the nitty-gritty details of my uninvited guests – nobody wants to hear a tail or two about that! But let's just say, Alex and his team know their stuff. They approached the situation with such professionalism and efficiency that I was left utterly impressed. Their team was punctual, courteous, and, most importantly, effective. They treated my property with respect. Absolutely excellent work! Alex came in for inspection and explained the issues in detail along with the solution/service they offer. Alex even suggested how we can fix it ourselves if we wish to and items to buy outside in case we didn’t want to go ahead with them. He didn’t offer incorrect info just to sell his service. Melissa contacted over email and she was prompt, professional and addressed all doubts without hesitation. They sent a couple of their service personnel and they really put lot of effort into cleaning. They went above and beyond to find entry/exit points for all rodents and sealed them. Insulation was put back properly and spent a lot more time cleaning than they should have to ensure everything was done perfectly. Recommend Attic Crawl to anyone looking to solve their Rodent issues.
