I was not going to provide a good review but the company did something I wasn't expecting and provided great customer service after a failure. issues, mistakes happen, but not many companies stand up and say, yes, it was on us, and we will correct it. 5 stars for the way they handled it and great job fixing my dishwasher. I'll hire them again! I'm a realtor as well and will pass their name on.

I had a great experience with Alania Appliance Repair. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my dryer, explained what was needed, and handled the replacement efficiently and professionally. They were reliable, effective, and respectful of my home. I especially appreciated that they cleaned up their work area when they were finished. Excellent service—I highly recommend Alania Appliance Repair!
