Re-install and stretched carpet that was pulled up due to a flooding event. The carpet looks almost like new and for a lower price than others quoted. I'm very satisfied with the job they did.

Ray did a great job fixing what I couldn’t! I partially installed carpet in three rooms and ran into issues that I didn’t know how to resolve. Ray was able to straighten, edge, and match seems in my carpet to make them look great. Good work

We had a couple of transitions and a patch of carpet in our bedrooms we were looking to get fixed/replaced. Flexibility on schedule was a little difficult as they work M-F morning to early afternoon so I wasn't able to stay through the appointment due to my work schedule. Ray came on time as scheduled so I could allow access and was comfortable with being able to lock-up behind him. He was great with working around my kids as I was packing them up for the morning before heading off to work myself. He was kind and even left my son an "autograph" as he asked for one. He did wonderfully with the carpet patch job and resecuring of the transitions. He got creative and was able to problem solve another area that once had a transition but was tricky trying to replace and put one back on and was still able to make it look nice and functional. They even reduced the estimate due to some materials and aspects of the job not able to be used/performed. Its nice to have those areas fixed and looking better again!
