I started cleaning for a company then I started working for my self in commercial cleaning. We clean carpets, wax floors, scrub floors and pressure washing. where insured and bonded. we check backgrounds checks for new employees as well.

Did not contract the service from them.
Provided them with clear photos of work to be done - they quoted $800 for work that others were quoting in $200 range. After I complained about the price they started the negotiations…
Very dissatisfied with this experience. I expect thumbtack vendors to provide fair quotes without having to haggle. Thumbtack only allows to submit quote requests to limited number of vendors so having vendor who is bidding the number to see what “sticks” is unfortunate.
