I was looking for somebody who could not only do what I asked for but provide guidance on what I needed. I got a few quotes and he was on the higher side. I wasn't looking for cheap, I was looking for value and I got it. He completed the work in the time frame he said he would, is clearly very knowledgeable and left the room well prepared for me to continue my project. I will, absolutely, call him again when I need more paint work done.

Duane was amazing! Very responsive and easily took care of painting my garage very quickly! It looks fantastic. Duane was also very kind and courteous, very professional. He is at the top of my list for any other projects around my house!

I really appreciate Duane's work on this project. It was a smaller job but an important one to get done before the rains began. He retrimmed the outside of two weather-facing windows. He used quality materials and was prompt in his estimate and his work. The work site was left very clean. He was very communicative as to the status of the project and when he would return to finish (painting). His fees are very fair--in fact, FAR less than the other two quotes I received through Thumbtack. Because of his quality work on this project, I've already given him another small project to do next month!

We met with several people about staining our fence, and were very impressed with Duane. He was one of the few people who came out prepared with a measuring wheel to measure the fence himself, he had his license number on the quote, and he seemed to really know what he was talking about. We were so impressed with Duane that we asked him to come out and stain our front porch as well. He seems to have knowledge well beyond painting, so I intend to keep his information on hand. I feel confident that when he agrees to take on a project he won't settle for anything less than doing a phenomenal job.

Progressive Brushworks owner, Duane, is a true master painter and carpenter. My girlfriend had heard about Duane & his work from a co-worker so we decided to hire him to paint our entire interior and then he performed miscellaneous other repairs around the house. It was nice to hire 1 contractor to perform many different tasks. He was easy to talk to and dependable. I will hire Duane again. If your looking for an interior painter with superior skills, give Progressive Brushworks a call.
