Daniz was very professional and responded to my repair request within an hour. The repair ended up being much more complicated than we expected and he gave us all of our options in a very honest and straight forward manner and the cost of going forward. We opted to not repair but replace out Whirlpool washer due to the nature of the appliance failure. I would highly recommend Daniz to anyone. His integrity and professionalism are stellar!
