It's my second time hiring RUSCOM in under a year, and I am very satisfied with their work. Daniz was my workman for the 2nd time. Again, he did great work! My refrigerator repair required a visit to diagnose, and second to follow-up, and a third to finish with newly ordered parts. RUSCOM is very trustworthy; it's the second time I have paid with cash for a deposit, and then for final payment. I have no qualms going this route with them based on their reputation, and the high quality of their work. Highly recommended!

I appreciate how responsive Donic was to my questions before his visit. He arrived when he said he would and was very professional. My job was for a dryer repair. He quickly fixed the problem. He even brought his own vacuum cleaner to deal with all the lint. He left my laundry closet cleaner than it was when he arrived!
