Very quick to come out to repair. Took a couple tries but we didn’t get the appliance functioning. They gave a very quick refund. Sometimes too many things broke I guess. I would recommend and try them again despite the fridge not being fixed this time. It’s always worth at least trying to fix rather than replace.

Dishwasher started leaking water out of the front. I submitted a request to Ruscon online, received a call back within 5 minutes & a technician, Daniz, came out that afternoon. The bottom door gasket problem was quickly diagnosed, part ordered & a return trip was scheduled as soon as the part came in. Dishwasher is back in service! Great communication, Prompt & Professional. I will definitely use Ruscom again!

It only took about 5 minutes for the repairman to diagnose the problem with my washer. They ordered the part and came and quickly replaced the part and the washer is working great again! Very quick, efficient and professional. Would definitely recommend.
