Joe was the perfect choice to fix some pesky issues I was trying to complete. He removed a broken fireplace tile and replaced it, installed some missing floor transitions, and is making a custom piece to wrap around my staircase newel post to cover some gaps. He is courteous, considerate, friendly, easy to talk to, and communicated well throughout.
