Had our 11 month warranty inspection and it ended up being a really smart decision. They found several items that were still covered under our builder warranty that we would have completely missed ourselves. Very thorough, and easy to communicate with. I am writing this review from my sons account; I decided to get a pre-listing inspection before putting our house on the market (because i had some renovation work done) and it was definitely worth it. They found a few issues we had no idea about, which gave me the chance to take care of it. Very easy to work with. Made the whole process feel a lot less stressful.

Had them do a home safety inspection along with radon testing and everything went really smoothly. They were very professional, explained the process clearly, and made sure we understood the results. Really happy with the service. We added on the sewer scope and mold testing and Im glad we did because they found a couple things we would have never noticed ourselves. Super professional, easy to work with, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
