- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never want finances to be the reason why we are not able to serve. If you are interested in working together but your budget is lowering than our starting investment price, simply reach out and let us know what you have to work with. We can brainstorm ideas to create a win-win partnership.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, the 1st thing we do is schedule a conference call with you and Hoan prior to your event to discuss your goals so that Hoan can personalize his message or program. After the conference call, we will stay in communication via email to make sure we are on the same page leading up to the event. After your event, we will touch base with you afterward to gain feedback on your experience.
