Gabriel first came out and did a demo and after discussing we decided to proceed with the Mastershield system and full replacement of the old gutters and even paid extra to have them install the last 2 shutters we couldn't do ourselves! With such a tall house and being in an area with tons of leaves and pesky pine needles, this seemed to be the best option for us. Getting on this roof to safely clean the gutters was just not happening!!We did have quite a wait for installation but was no big deal to us.A team of 3 came out on our scheduled day unfortunately they were not able to complete before it got to dark and they had to come back to finish the next day. They were friendly and communicative and let us know what was going on. We returned from work the second day and first thing I noticed were the shutters! lol then the beautiful white gutters! :) they even explained what they did connecting the downspouts into 1 and adding a piece to assist the flow directly into the gutter which is awesome. They all did a great job and we are pleased with their work and they completely cleaned up after themselves which doesn't always happen and was very nice to see. Definitely recommend this company

Truly the very best solution to keeping gutters clear and free of debris. I am thankful to not have to be on the roof or ladder keeping the gutter free from fir and cedar debris! The copper truly keeps the mesh from clogging. Best purchase for home improvement Ive made in years!

Hired this company to replace the rusted gutters I had. The salesman/estimator, Joey, was a cool guy and had a big part in my selection of this company among 2 other estimates I had received. He was very punctual at appointments, and prompt in responding to questions, phone calls, and emails. I have approx. 450 ft of gutters with many inwards and outwards 90 degree angles. Work was done in 3 days and we noted corrections that needed to be made. Jim S., the owner and an extremely nice gentleman, did a walk-through and did not hesitate to get his best crew on the job asap to do what was needed to make this a highest quality install. I am an engineer with an great attention to detail. Given the design of the new gutter face, I knew that getting the pitch and the angles done cleanly would be a challenge, but the crew totally hit it out of the park and exceeded my expectation. Jim's integrity, commitment to quality, accountability, and focus on customer care is something you don't find too often now a days, especially in the thriving market in the greater Seattle area. I will have no hesitation to hire Leafless In Seattle in the future or recommend them to friends, family, an anyone that needs gutter work done, and want it done right.

WOW!!! I can't say enough good things about these guys. From start to finish they are the best. I started out my journey a bit skeptical do to all the things I've seen my friends try that never worked. I looked at several different gutter protection products before MasterShield. MasterShield was my last bid. Jim came out and showed me the system. Jim is highly knowledgeable and very professional. I ultimately chose MasterShield because rather than sitting on top of the gutter, if follows the same pitch as my roof. Because it follows the roof pitch, any debris would be more apt to roll off rather than get trapped on top of the gutter. When the work started the guys were great. The quality of work is amazing. While they were up there they even added some additional flashings to my roof that were missing at no charge. The system has now been up for about a month. I have a really steep roof plus I have a couple big valleys that dump tons of water right on the filter. I was a little concerned the system wouldn't be able to take all the water in a heavy downpour. Well, even with all the melting snow and the tons of rain, the system worked perfect. I couldn't be happier. Finally, no more cleaning out my gutters.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary per project depending on type/height and pitch of roof, Linear footage of gutter/Square footage of roof. Custom Areas and Design, Type/Size of Gutter and Gutter Cover. Our cost of materials needed to repair existing damage will also vary but is always the homeowners choice. This is why an initial inspection is needed before quote is given.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we collect as much information as we can from the client over the phone to access their specific needs. Second, we send out a field technician to do a cost free inspection of the project site so we know what will be needed to fix and prevent further water damage. After this we are able to supply the clients with a few options that fit their needs AND their budget so that they can choose the best option. When this is accomplished we move ahead at a scheduled time to come out and complete the work, giving our clients what they deserve! An end product that fixes the problem they have from a reputable company who knows what they are doing!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are the only certified MasterShield Dealer in Washington State. Our installation teams are trained professionals with decades of experience in the industry. We DO NOT subcontract our jobs. Our Installation Leads are well versed in Gutter and Gutter Cover Installation, Roof Repair and Installation, Carpentry, Waterflow expertise and have up-to-date safety training.
