I recently had a nightmare situation at one of my rental properties - mold damage in multiple rooms! But thankfully, Jose and the team at National Restoration Construction came to the rescue. Jose took the time to explain the root cause of the issue - condensation buildup due to poor ventilation - and walked me through the remediation process. I was impressed by their prompt response, transparency, and expertise. The mold remediation was a huge success, and I'm grateful to have my property restored to a safe and healthy environment for my tenants. I highly recommend this company for any restoration needs - they truly deliver!

Jose Osuna and his crew of National Restoration Construction, of Tacoma/Federel Way, WA were amazing to work with. They came to our home after a third-party installation of a major kitchen appliances was delivered and installed in our home. The water damage to our carpet, carpet pad, interior wall, and subflooring seemed extensive to us, but they took it in stride. Jose Osuna and his crew, were greet people to deal with. They did an amazing job in evaluating the damage and applying a solution. Our saturated carpet, carpet pad, internal wall and external damages (under the house where the damage was due to water damage) were dealt with and we lived with heaters and industrial blowers. After an amazing, though an exhaustive ptocedure, with the noise, the heaters and fans were removed. The wall was repatched, textured, and repainted. The downside was the noise factor and discomfort. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jose and his crew for future repairs or remodeling project. Thank you!

From emergency pipe burst to complete rebuild, Jose and team had us back in action in 3 weeks- this is extraordinary considering insurance claim/adjuster processes and contractor availability/supply chain issues. We are grateful to Jose and his team for their attention to our needs and quality of work performed. Photos show before and after work. Excellent communication. Highly recommend. Exceeded expectations.
