- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do and will email, text, or fax my pricing sheets upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact the client via preferred method first to set a time, date and place to inspect or discuss project. I will then offer my estimate. Upon acceptance, paperwork will be gone over and signed before work is started. A work update call schedule will be gone over so the client is informed of service status. I will then take the unit in possession if it's a repair job. Once the job is done I will then offer my invoice for work completed before I take payment. I will take payment and and supply the client with a receipt for services paid for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lot of personal study and practice; I eat, sleep, and breath computer science. I am also currently attending school for my computer science degree. I have also been a past employee of a computer repair shop known worldwide as a repair tech.
