- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are all inclusive! That means that consultation, follow up communication, music selection and interact planning, lighting, and MC services are included in the agreed upon price. Quotes are subject to be adjusted based up travel distance/ location and time spent providing services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time that works to have a phone or zoom consultation to discuss initial details and pricing. If we decide to move forward, a contract is drafted and once the retaining fee has been paid, the fun begins! Music selection, itinerary planning, as well as video production mapping come next. We show up the day of the wedding an hour early and make it all happen!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates in instrumental music performance and a bachelors in education! I’ve built 3 separate businesses while being a full time elementary music teacher.
