FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first session is always complimentary. There is a price reduction for prepaying multiple sessions. Coaching is a process, not an event. Committing to a three to six month engagement greatly increases results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a one hour complimentary session. This allows potential clients to find out more about me, ask any questions they might have, and I provide a 30-40 minute coaching so the client can see how I work. We can mutually decide if the relationship feels right. If it does, I send a coaching agreement that is not a legal document but does spell out how the relationship will work going forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an International Coach Federation Associate Certified Coach and adhere to their Code of Ethics. I also have a M.Ed. in Adult Education and Training from Seattle University. In addition, I also belong to Association of Talent Development and Pacific Northwest Organizational Development Network. There is a lot of overlap in the fields of coaching, training/talent development, and organizational development and I love being exposed to new ideas and approaches.
