I’m Tessa, a Licensed Master Esthetician and owner of TesSpa, a boutique skincare studio in Issaquah Highlands specializing in healthy aging and radiant, healthy skin.
I combine results-driven treatments—including customized European facials, Hydrafacial, microchanneling, professional peels, LED therapy, and advanced skincare—with the relaxation and personal attention of a luxury spa.
Every appointment is one-on-one and thoughtfully customized to your skin, your goals, and where you are in your skincare journey. Whether you’re noticing dryness, dullness, fine lines, uneven tone, or simply want to look refreshed and feel confident in your skin as you age, I’ll help you create a treatment plan that makes sense for you.
At TesSpa, you don’t have to choose between results and relaxation. My goal is for you to leave with healthier, glowing skin—and feeling completely cared for.

I got I give certificate for my girlfriend as a gift and she couldnt stop saying how wonderful the experience was and how well she was treated and the whole thing was more of an "experience" than just an appt.!!! Wow! Ive had a facial before, but this was absolutely wow. Not only does my skin look and feel amazing, but the process was so nice and relaxing. I had the Platinum Hydrofacial and It goes without saying that the products she uses are all medical grade and the processes are quite technical. But its the extra level of service for her clients that is exceptional. Tessa thought of every little detail from a heated bed, to a jewelry, cleaning and phone cleaning service, the most amazing face massage! Book it now!

Loved my time with Tessa. From the first second on, she made me feel super comfortable and like she actually cares about people and the results. We had a great check in to learn about sensitivity, I got step by step info and it was clear through out the whole experience that it's really my treatment and not just her completing a checklist... I felt spoiled and supported. The space is also super cozy and cute. I looked younger after and my skin felt great. Can't wait to go back.

What a great first experience I had! As someone who has never had a facial before, this was the best experience I could have asked for. I felt pampered, comfortable, and informed. Tessa was kind, explained everything, and made me feel at ease. The space itself is beautiful, and all of the little touches she added made the experience so positive- from cleaning and disinfecting my jewelry and phone case, having essential oils to create a relaxing atmosphere, and the post facial chocolate and tea. What a treat! I already made another appointment in 6 weeks. Thank you Tessa!
